Our Yorkshire Dama Ricotta is made from the whey proteins which are left behind during the squeaky cheese making process.
It is sweet and fragrant with a smooth and very creamy, almost blancmange, texture. We suggest you use our ricotta in both sweet and savoury recipes, from cheesecakes to baked pasta dishes, or on top of pizza.
